I needs to spend a while studying much more or figuring out more. Thank you for excellent information I used to be in search of this info for my mission.

Of course. It is easier to figure out your role and slide right in on a team of so-and-so’s that needs people to step up. It is extremely more difficult to fit in on a defending champion that has an alpha dog that demands so much like Kobe. You’ve seen Artest trying to appease him over the past few years, hesitent at times.

It is extremely easier to fit in where expectations are low than where they are the highest. This is like comparing someone fitting in with Mookie Blaylock, Steve Smith and Lenny Wilkens’ Altanta Hawks of the mid to late 90’s, compared with someone trying to come in admist a three-peat and fit in with Jordan’s Bulls. Not even close to the same thing. Apples and oranges. In fact – polar opposites. Apples and rocks.
