Sacramento State knocks Sun Devils out

In an elimination game on Saturday afternoon, Sac State beat Arizona State 5-4. The Hornets led 5-2 going into the 9th inning before a RJ Ybarra pinch-hit home run brought Arizona State within one. Sac State closer Alex Palsha finally closed the door, striking out Trever Allen looking to end the game.

Sacramento State moves on to play the loser of the Saturday night Cal Poly vs. Pepperdine game on Sunday at 1pm.
